Grand Haven D&W Fresh Market Quick Stop now open
Seven jobs created as a result of the 1.2 million investment by SpartanNash
GRAND HAVEN, Mich. – The Grand Haven D&W Fresh Market Quick Stop celebrated the grand opening of its Quick Stop location on Thursday, Sept. 7. The fuel center features eight pumps, as well as a 1,800 square-foot convenience store with soft drink and energy drink options, hot foods and four daily blends of coffee and cappuccino.
The 1.2 million investment by D&W Fresh Market’s parent company, SpartanNash, also resulted in the creation of seven jobs at the Quick Stop. More positions are expected to be created in the coming months.
“The Grand Haven community is a wonderful place to live and work, and we are excited to reinvest in this store and community in this way,” said Ted Adornato, SpartanNash executive vice president of retail operations. “It’s exciting to add new features to our D&W Fresh Market stores, and we hope store guests will enjoy the convenience of being able to shop for their groceries and fuel up their cars in one stop. With the addition of the Quick Stop fuel center, store guests at the supermarket can now earn yes Card fuel rewards and redeem them at the pump, in addition to our full array of local, high-quality offerings at our D&W Fresh Market.”
The D&W Fresh Market Quick Stop is located at 17200 Robbins Road in Grand Haven, located down the street from the newly remodeled D&W Fresh Market.
The Grand Haven D&W Fresh Market also marked its grand re-opening in June 2016, including upgrades to the meat, seafood, sushi, bakery and deli departments, all-new organic produce and floral sections.
The Quick Stop officially opened on Sept. 7 at 6 a.m. – store guests began to redeem their yes card fuel rewards, and associates will be on-site to assist customers.
Quick Stop hours are 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sundays.
