SpartanNash Announces 12.5 Percent Dividend Increase

SpartanNash Company (the "Company") (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.135 per common share. This represents an increase of 12.5% from $0.12 per common share paid previously. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2015. As of February 25, 2015, there were 37,492,600 common shares outstanding.
