Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting physically.

As described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting previously distributed, you are entitled to participate in the Annual Meeting if you were a shareholder of record as of the close of business on March 23, 2020, the record date, or otherwise hold a valid proxy entitling you to vote at the Annual Meeting. In order to attend the Annual Meeting virtually via the Internet, participants must register in advance at www.proxydocs.com/SPTN prior to the deadline of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 18, 2020.
