I hereby grant SpartanNash Company and its affiliates (the “Company’), the irrevocable right and permission to use and reuse, modify and publish and republish video, photographic portraits or pictures of me on the Company’s website and in publications, promotional materials, product packaging, advertising, trade displays, newsletters and media, including public use on the internet and social media. I understand I will not be compensated for this use. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files, are and shall remain the sole property of Company.
I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I understand and agree that I will not have an opportunity to review the final products before they are published or distributed and I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products.
I hereby release the Company and the photographer from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with the use of the above stated videography and/or photography. I also release, acquit and forever discharge Company and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.
