What is the benefit of this free subscription?

By using your free online subscription, your organization can place bulk orders, access free pick-up and delivery, save 10% on Our Family products and 10 cents off fuel purchases, and unlock bonus monthly savings – all with one click. You can also take advantage of your tax-exempt status when paying with an in-store charge account!

How do I share this subscription with others in my organization?

We ask that each organization uses one shared account per location. If you have locations in multiple states, you may set up additional accounts. For any questions or to set up additional accounts for your organization, please contact [email protected].

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Orders that include a variety of products can be placed for same day pick-up. Proceed with checkout and pick-up/delivery as you normally would.

Bulk orders (orders larger than 300 items or that contain more than 12 of a single item) will need to be placed with a minimum of five-days lead time. For example, bulk orders needed for Friday pick-up will need to be placed no later than 9 a.m. on the preceding Sunday. Please place your bulk order online, then contact the store to make additional arrangements, including a scheduled pick-up time.

How much does my organization have to spend to receive discounted and/or free delivery?

Organizations must spend $50 or more to receive half-off delivery ($4.95). To receive free delivery, organizations must spend between $150 and $400. Bulk orders (orders larger than 300 items or that contain more than 12 of a single item) will require a scheduled pick-up time from the corresponding store.

Will my organization pay more for items online than they do in-store?

No, the price you pay will be determined on your pick-up/delivery day. For example, if you are shopping on Saturday for a Sunday pick-up, you will pay the price of your basket on Sunday. Prices may vary when selecting different stores. You will be alerted to price changes.

Will my organization receive a discount for placing orders online?

Organizations will be granted a 10% discount on all Our Family items, excluding dairy products where applicable. This includes Our Family sale items.

What payment method is accepted?

You will receive an in-store charge account card with a 16-digit code, which should be used during checkout. All orders will be compiled and a bill will be issued monthly.

Can I use coupons?

Yes! Clip and use our convenient digital coupons while you shop to help maximize your savings.
